The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle EBS Inventory modules, strong functional knowledge, and experience in architecting solutions for enterprise clients.Key Responsibilities: Lead the functional architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle Inventory R12 solutions. Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Inventory configurations and best practices. Provide strategic guidance on Oracle EBS Inventory processes, integrations, and customizations. Collaborate with technical teams to define solution architecture, data flow, and enhancements. Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend the best approach for process optimization. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Oracle EBS Inventory. Lead user training, UAT, and post-go-live support. Work closely with stakeholders, business users, and leadership teams to ensure seamless project execution.Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Oracle Inventory R12 functional consulting, with at least 5+ years at an architect level. Strong understanding of Inventory Costing, Item Master, Transaction Management, Reservations, Lot & Serial Control, and Inventory Valuation. Experience with interfacing Oracle Inventory with other modules (OM, Purchasing, WMS, etc.). Ability to design and document custom solutions and enhancements. Strong knowledge of Oracle AIM/OUM methodology. Experience with multi-org, multi-currency, and global implementations. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
