Hi, Role: Agile project manager with SAP Location: FORT WORTH, TX (Hybrid) Working On Site at least 3 days a week is Required Since Day 1 The client is looking for a Project Manager with strong Agile project management experience, particularly in IT development projects. They are focused on someone who can manage multiple fast-paced projects, work with distributed teams, and coordinate with vendors/partners. Key Requirements & What the Client is Looking For: Technical & Functional Expertise Agile Methodology Experience Hands-on experience implementing Agile using tools like Rally and Planview SAP Project Exposure Experience with SAP projects (S/4HANA migration is a plus) IT Project Management Experience Delivering high-availability, mission-critical IT projects Business Analysis Skills Gathering/documenting requirements, scoping, system design, and testing DevOps & Continuous Deployment Exposure Understanding of CI/CD methodologies Project & Stakeholder Management Vendor/Partner Collaboration Ability to closely work with third-party vendors and partner project managers Strong Communication & Presentation Skills Capable of preparing and presenting project updates, summaries, and reports Budget & Resource Management Experience managing project scope, budget, and team allocation Risk & Issue Management Identifying risks early and creating mitigation plans Industry & Tools Experience Airline Industry Experience (Preferred) Experience with airline industry projects is a plus Agile Lifecycle Management Tools Proficiency in Rally, Planview, TFS, VersionOne Microsoft Office Proficiency Strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project Key Projects in Focus SAP S/4HANA Migration Finance Initiatives Procurement Projects Soft Skills & Leadership Qualities Team Leadership & Mentoring Coaching Agile teams for better adoption Problem-Solving & Strategic Thinking Ability to develop tactical methods to achieve project goals Collaboration & Influence Strong interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders at all levels Certifications That Would Be a Plus Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMP (Project Management Professional) -- Keywords: continuous integration continuous deployment information technology Texas Looking for Agile project manager with SAP (TX locals and Inperson) [email protected] |
