The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in identity and access management (IAM), security, and cloud-based authentication protocols. This role involves working closely with IT security, development, and operations teams to ensure secure identity management across a multi-tenant environment. Key Responsibilities: Architect, design, and implement Entra ID solutions. Manage Entra ID Identity and Access Management (IAM) in a multi-tenant environment. Administer Entra ID Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Conditional Access policies. Deploy and manage Hybrid Identity solutions, including Device administration and Entra ID Connect installation. Support Entra External ID (B2B Collaboration, Direct Connect, Workforce vs. External Tenants, Cross-Tenant Access). Demonstrate expertise in Entra Identity Governance (Entitlement Management). Integrate enterprise applications with Entra ID, application objects, and authentication workflows. Utilize Microsoft Graph API, Power, and Entra modules for automation and management. Configure and manage Graph API permissions and Graph API authentication. Administer Windows Network Policy Server (NPS) and network authentication protocols (RADIUS, TKIP, PAP, MSCHAPv2, EAP/PEAP). Implement certificate-based authentication and authentication protocols like OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, and Federation. Deploy Entra ID MFA and Microsoft Authenticator for enhanced security. Work with Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) and Global Secure Access solutions. Configure private network connectors and access policies. Manage workload identities such as App Registrations, Service Principals, and Managed Identities. Monitor and analyze Entra ID logs and reporting. Cloud Security Responsibilities: Collaborate with security teams to maintain compliance and cybersecurity standards in cloud environments. Utilize modern security technologies across multi-cloud infrastructures (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS). Configure and support cloud security products and technologies. Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex security challenges. Develop and maintain security documentation, policies, and procedures. Identify cloud security improvements and drive strategic remediation efforts. Provide security-related training to team members. Support customer security requests and prioritize resolutions. Maintain and enhance platform security posture by identifying and mitigating risks. Work closely with engineering, architecture, and DevOps teams to design, deploy, and operate secure cloud environments. Drive risk mitigation through continuous monitoring solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in Entra ID / Azure AD and Identity & Access Management (IAM). Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management. Experience with Power scripting and Microsoft Graph API. Hands-on experience in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Conditional Access policies. Proficiency in Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), SAML, OpenID Connect (OIDC). Deep understanding of network authentication protocols (RADIUS, TKIP, PAP, MSCHAPv2, EAP/PEAP). Knowledge of certificate-based authentication and security best practices. Familiarity with cloud security frameworks, Zero Trust models, and risk-based authentication. Experience in troubleshooting identity issues and log analytics. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Entra Identity Governance. Experience working in large enterprise environments with multi-cloud identity architectures. Hands-on experience with Terraform, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and DevSecOps practices. Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300) or Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500) are a plus.
