Data Management on POS data We are seeking a skilled EPICOR Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in optimizing our EPICOR ERP system to enhance business processes. Position Summary: The Business Analyst position requires hands-on experience with Epicor ERP systems, BPM (Business Process Management), and BAQs (Business Activity Queries). The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Epicors functionality, possess strong analytical skills, and have a working knowledge of SQL to support reporting, data analysis, and system optimization. Key Responsibilities: Provide day to day technical/functional support and troubleshooting for Epicor-related issues, ensuring timely resolution Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the system meets business requirements and is aligned with organizational goals. Analyze and optimize business processes using Epicor ERP, focusing on improving efficiency and performance. Design and implement BPMs (Business Process Management) to automate workflows and streamline business operations. Develop and maintain BAQs (Business Activity Queries) for data analysis and reporting purposes. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify gaps, and provide data-driven solutions. Perform data extraction and manipulation using SQL queries to support reporting needs and ad hoc analysis. Train users and develop documentation for Epicor modules, BPMs, and BAQs. Participate in system upgrades, testing, and validation of Epicor ERP. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Systems or Supply Chain 3+ years proven experience as a Business Analyst with Epicor ERP (EP10) supporting finance, manufacturing, or supply chain processes 2+ years hands-on experience in modifying/designing/developing BPM (Business Process Management) and BAQs (Business Activity Queries) in Epicor 10. 2+ years hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with diverse teams and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Epicor customization (App Studio, C#.NET) and reporting tools (SSRS) is a huge plus but not required.
