Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy Pega RPA solutions (Bots) to automate business processes effectively. Manage and maintain Pega RPA servers and ensure their optimal performance. Upgrade Pega servers and ensure seamless integration with other systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Quickly understand Pega workflows and implement BOTs as per business needs. Provide technical guidance and support for ongoing RPA initiatives. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA development and server management. Develop and maintain software architecture, design, and specifications. Ensure all software specifications align with business requirements and project timelines. Document processes, procedures, and RPA code as part of ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing. Stay updated with the latest trends in RPA technologies and Pega platforms. Must-Have Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in software development, including basic coding, compilation, software architecture/design, and user requirements definition. Strong proficiency in Pega RPA development, with the ability to create new Bots quickly. In-depth knowledge and experience in managing Pega servers and upgrading them. Experience with Pega workflows and the ability to interpret and automate processes effectively. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (In lieu of a degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience will be considered.) Proven experience in software specification development and understanding system integration requirements. Desirable Skills: Certification in Pega Robotics or other RPA platforms is a plus. Experience working in Agile development environments. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
