Project Overview CPS doing an SAP to Oracle migration Required 8-10 years of experience Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Oracle Asset Management (either E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud ERP). At least 3 years of hands-on experience with the Oracle Asset Strategy module or related functionalities (e.g., Oracle Asset Lifecycle Management, Oracle Capital Planning, or Oracle Financials). Proven track record of leading Oracle Asset Strategy module implementations, configurations, and optimizations in a corporate environment. Skills: Strong understanding of asset management best practices, capital planning, depreciation, and asset lifecycle management. In-depth experience with Oracle Financials or Oracle Cloud ERP suite, particularly related to asset strategy and management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Experience with Oracle Reporting tools (e.g., Oracle BI, Oracle Analytics Cloud) is highly desirable. Ability to manage complex projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
