Location: New Jersey (Hybrid 2 days a week) Key Responsibilities: Lead design workshops and facilitate discussions to gather requirements for the Traceability solution implementation. Serve as the proxy Product Owner, representing stakeholder interests and priorities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals and strategies. Provide project status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to stakeholders. Monitor project progress and performance metrics; identify and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with technical teams and vendors to implement changes and recommendations to SAP ECC, focusing on MM, SD modules, and/or eWM as required. Conduct regular meetings and workshops to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in project management, ideally within SAP implementation projects. Detailed working knowledge of SAP MM, SD modules, and/or eWM. Strong understanding of traceability solutions and their implementation in complex environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
