Analyse and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for system configuration and customization. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Finance modules to meet client needs, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the system effectively. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure that all functionalities are working as intended and meet business requirements. Assist in data migration activities, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of financial data to the new system. Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 Finance features and best practices, providing insights and recommendations to clients. Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
