Sr. Program Manager with QA & AWS exp.

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid both in-office and remote work)

Contract Duration: 12+ months-Long term

Job Summary:
The
Sr. Program Manager
will manage and improve testing and quality assurance programs at Airlines. The role involves coordinating with various teams to make
testing processes more efficient, automate tasks, and manage risks. The candidate will lead efforts to improve testing standards and ensure quality throughout the program.
Experience Needed:

5+ years
of experience in program management.

At least
2-3 years
of experience in
test automation
.

Some experience working with
AWS
is preferred.

Experience in quality assurance and testing processes.

Required Skills & Experience:
Must-Have Skills:

Strong experience in
program management
(managing big projects).

Experience with
test automation
(automating testing tasks).

Familiarity with
AWS
(Amazon Web Services).

Good leadership and communication skills.

Experience in
quality assurance
(ensuring high standards of work) and
testing
.

Ability to
manage risks
and solve issues quickly.

Strong experience in leading teams and coordinating multiple tasks.
Nice to Have Skills:

Familiarity with
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
(finding out the reasons for problems).

Experience in creating and managing
statistical reports
.

Knowledge of
process improvement
(making things work better).

Understanding of
budget management
for programs.

Responsibilities:

Identify and solve problems in testing to make processes faster and more efficient.

Create a plan for improving testing processes and track the progress.

Work with different teams (internal automation, data, and environment teams) to implement the plan.

Handle testing-related issues, assign them to the right teams, and find solutions.

Track and report data to monitor program performance.

Develop long-term goals and plans for program success.

Oversee all testing, from planning to execution, and ensure all requirements are met.

Track the progress of the program, identify risks, and resolve defects.

Conduct daily calls to manage defects and solve issues quickly.

Ensure that all testing activities meet quality standards.

Help improve testing standards across the organization.

Develop strategies for program execution and organize projects efficiently.
