More about the project details are given below: Job Title: Genesys Engage/Cloud CX Voice Engineer Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid 3 days On-Site and 2 days Remote) Job Type: Contract Job Description: looking for a Engage Voice Engineer who has good expertise on Engage Voice Platform working on complex SIP Infrastructure and is proficient in troubleshooting /understanding SIP messaging Solid experience with Genesys SIP stack or other Contact Center Voice solutions Extensive experience with Genesys Voice Application Troubleshooting & Log Analysis Extensive experience with SIP, VoIP & TDM co-environment Experience in large enterprise & globally distributed Genesys deployments Experience in large enterprise & global SIP engineering, development, deployments and support Expert knowledge of SIP, RTP, TCP/IP, NAT, WebRTC and packet analysis Extensive experience with network and voice analysis tools, like NetScout or similar tools Expert with network and common data center infrastructure Knowledge on Cloud CX platform will be an excellent to have and will be preferable . Any knowledge in FreeSwitch , scripting , will be an additional advantage .
