Develop, groom, and size user stories. Lead and manage daily sprint standups and weekly product demos. Oversee internal unit testing before Client User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Prepare the Client for go-live, including checklist reviews and associated activities. Conduct knowledge transfer activities between the Contractor and the Client. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications (MQs): Bachelors degree in IT or Engineering (or equivalent experience). ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD. 8+ years of experience aligning IT systems with business processes, with 5+ years in a lead role. Desirable Qualifications (DQs): Masters or doctorate degree in IT or Engineering. 10+ years of experience aligning IT systems, with 7+ years in a lead capacity.
