They need to have experience driving and coordinating projects. Top three needs IT background Finance Systems Project lead/driver ERP systems implementation. The Technical PM must have systems rollout experience and workflow mapping. The client would like someone that has the ability to understand components of AR/AP (but only the lingo)...do not need to be heavily hands on.
