We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong testing expertise to help define and execute quality processes, test strategies, and real-world data monitoring. This role involves collaboration with technical teams to integrate enterprise knowledge and automation into AVA. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute test strategies, automation, and real-world data validation. Work with developers, designers, and cross-functional teams to ensure AVA meets business and technical requirements. Define test plans and procedures aligned with departmental standards. Apply analytical thinking to improve system processes based on user feedback, data analysis, and business needs. Lead scaling and automation of existing test procedures. Ensure seamless delivery using Agile methodologies. Provide project management support related to quality verification and testing. Work onsite in Lake County, IL on a regular basis. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree + 5 years OR Masters degree + 4 years in IT project delivery. Experience as a BSA, Test Engineer, or related role. Strong background in quality assurance, testing strategies, and automation. Ability to analyze and improve complex business processes. Project Management experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Agile methodology experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in AI systems or chatbot development.
