Role: ETL Architect with Informatica Cloud (IDMC) and Informatica Power Center Location: Cambridge, MA(Oniste) Job Description: Have 12+ years of total IT experience and minimum 2 years of hands-on experience Informatica Cloud (IDMC) Evaluate the existing PowerCenter environment and identify components to be migrated. Develop a comprehensive migration strategy and roadmap, considering business requirements and technical constraints. Design the target architecture in IDMC, ensuring it meets performance, scalability, and security requirements. Define data integration patterns and best practices for the new environment. Utilize migration tools and methodologies to convert PowerCenter mappings, workflows, and sessions to IDMC equivalents. Ensure data integrity and consistency during the migration process. Optimize the performance of the migrated data integration processes in IDMC. Document the migration process, including any customizations or configurations. Provide training and support to the development and operations teams on the new IDMC platform. Work closely with stakeholders, including business users, developers, and IT teams, to ensure a smooth migration. Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires a deep understanding of both PowerCenter and IDMC, strong project management skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration issues. Role: ILM Architect Location: Cambridge, MA(Oniste) / Remote The ILM Architect (Information Life Cycle Management Architect) will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing an organization's information life cycle framework. This role involves a strategic approach to data governance, ensuring that data is properly managed, stored, accessed, and disposed of throughout its life cycle. The ILM Architect will collaborate with various stakeholders to create policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and the organization's objectives. Key Responsibilities Strategy Development: Develop and implement information life cycle management strategies that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Policy Creation: Establish and enforce ILM policies and procedures to ensure compliance, data integrity, and security. Data Governance: Oversee the management of data from creation through to disposal, ensuring data quality and accessibility. Architecture Design: Design and implement ILM architecture, including data classification, archiving, and retention solutions. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT, legal, compliance, and business units to ensure ILM strategies meet all needs and requirements. Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend ILM tools and technologies that align with the organization's infrastructure and objectives. Training and Awareness: Provide training and support to staff on ILM policies and best practices to promote compliance and data management awareness. Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve ILM processes and systems to adapt to evolving business needs and technological advancements. Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and perform analysis to monitor ILM effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Project Management: Lead ILM projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project objectives and organizational goals.
