The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with a focus on UiPath. As an RPA Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing RPA solutions that meet our business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Create detailed solution designs, including process flow diagrams, technical specifications, and architecture documents. Lead the development and deployment of RPA bots, ensuring they are scalable, reusable, and follow best practices. Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to RPA developers to ensure high-quality deliverables. Monitor and maintain RPA solutions, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise. Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA trends and technologies, and continuously improve the RPA framework and processes. Provide training and support to business users and RPA developers. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 7+ years of experience in RPA development and architecture, with a focus on UiPath. UiPath Advanced Certified Professional (UiARD) or UiPath Certified Professional Automation Developer Professional certification is required. Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with other RPA tools and technologies is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with integrating RPA solutions with other enterprise systems and applications. Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Python.
