Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Perform system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications to ensure optimal performance. Develop and execute unit tests to ensure software quality and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Salesforce applications. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer. Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. Knowledge of Salesforce security, authentication, and authorization models. Familiarity with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and DevOps processes. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Salesforce Developer certification (Platform Developer I or II) is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Ensure best practices, security, and compliance within Salesforce environments. Create and maintain technical documentation for system configurations and development efforts. Work in an Agile development environment to deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines. Experience with third-party integrations and middleware tools such as Mulesoft. Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development in Salesforce. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
