Responsibilities: Automate and perform testing of web applications using Selenium. Collaborate with development teams to ensure software quality. Participate in Continuous Integration processes and testing. Write and maintain test scripts and documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. Actively communicate with stakeholders to discuss progress and challenges. Required Qualifications: BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET). Strong proficiency in Selenium and Java. Solid understanding of web application testing and Continuous Integration. Knowledge of SQL databases. Proven experience in automation testing. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work proactively and collaboratively with teams.
