Experience in leading finance transformation initiatives in Hi Tech companies which involves working closely with various teams and cross functions to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive transformation. 2. Experience in developing roadmaps , setting goals, creating timelines, and identifying key performance indicators to measure success. 3. Should have the experience and ability to anticipate future challenges and opportunities for the company's finance operations. 4. Should have the experience to work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business operations, to ensure a smooth and successful transformation. This involves effective communication, coordination, and collaboration with all stakeholders. 5. Experience as a change agent who will be responsible for managing and leading the transformation process. This includes addressing resistance to change, communicating the benefits of transformation, and ensuring buy-in from all levels of the organization. 6. Should have experience in tracking the progress of the finance transformation initiatives and providing regular updates to stakeholders including identifying and addressing any roadblocks or issues that may arise during the transformation process. 7. Experience in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure the success of the transformation. This includes proactively identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks or challenges that may arise.
