Responsibilities: Spark, Python, ETL, Scheduler (Autosys, any scheduler works), Hadoop, Kafka (preferred and nice to have), Performance Tunning, Partitioning knowledge, target environment GCP (nice to have knowledge) - Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery, ensuring all project milestones are met on time. - Oversee the development and implementation of technical solutions using Hadoop, GCP, Python, and Spark. - Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams to achieve business objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of various project components. - Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as needed. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. - Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to stakeholders. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and team performance. - Ensure the quality and accuracy of project deliverables, adhering to established standards and guidelines. - Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track project metrics and outcomes. - Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development. Qualifications: - Possess a strong technical background in Hadoop, GCP, Python, and Spark. - Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. - Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. - Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail. - Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. - Have experience working in a hybrid work model, with the ability to manage remote and on-site teams effectively. - Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
