The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing video support, conference room A/V troubleshooting, and desktop support for internal users. This role requires hands-on experience with Cisco video systems, Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), and other conference room audio/video technologies. If you have a passion for A/V technology and IT support, along with strong troubleshooting and customer service skills, this is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Provide A/V support for conference rooms, ensuring seamless setup and operation. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Cisco video systems and conference room hardware. Support and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) video conferencing setups. Diagnose and repair audio/video equipment used for virtual meetings and presentations. Assist with desktop support tasks, including hardware/software troubleshooting, installations, and configurations. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper integration of A/V and desktop solutions. Train end-users on best practices for video conferencing and A/V equipment usage. Perform preventive maintenance and upgrades on A/V equipment. Respond to service tickets and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently. Maintain accurate documentation of A/V setups, troubleshooting steps, and support tickets.Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in A/V support and desktop support roles. Strong hands-on experience with Cisco video conferencing systems. Proficiency in supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and related video conferencing platforms. Knowledge of conference room A/V equipment, audio mixers, projectors, and sound systems. Experience troubleshooting network connectivity issues for A/V systems. Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac OS environments for desktop support. Strong customer service and end-user training skills. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple A/V and IT support requests.
