Work closely with stakeholders to identify business process improvements and translate them into Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, and project teams to implement system enhancements. Develop user stories, process flows, and wireframes to support solution design. Conduct Salesforce system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and troubleshooting. Train end users and create documentation for Salesforce solutions and best practices. Ensure Salesforce solutions align with business goals and industry best practices. Maintain data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform. Stay updated with Salesforce updates and new features to recommend improvements. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a related role. Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other key modules. Experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, validation rules, and reports/dashboards. Proficiency in writing user stories, business process modeling, and functional documentation. Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst) are a plus.
