Role: .NET Architect with Oracle DB Location: Ny City, New York Duration: 30 Months Job ID: SLG - 19 - 10327 Description (1) Billing and Collection System: In-house developed web application for Billing and Collection with functionalities to process cash, refund, journal entries, non-payment cancellations and reinstatements. (2) iPAM (Integrated Policy Administration and Maintenance) System: In-house developed web application for the administration and maintenance of a WC policy record during its life cycle. It consists of the following main modules Declaration, Entity, Location, Endorsement, Broker, Change of Interest, Contacts, Cancellation and Reinstatement, and Report. The consultant will adhere to NYSIFs application development standards, including, but not limited to, project management methodology, SDLC (software development life cycle), Enterprise Architecture standards and the IT governance process. Duties The duties of the consulting resources would be to plan, create, modify, test and implement code in support of any of the following: Develop Oracle stored procedure, packages, and triggers Develop batch application using .net, oracle Plan and design the structure of a technology solution Communicate software requirements to app dev team members Develop software with modern web development frameworks Mandatory Requirements Experience (14+ Years) Defines the architecture of a computerized system (i.e., a system composed of software and hardware) in order to fulfill certain requirement, including a breakdown of the system into components, the component interactions and interfaces (including with the environment, especially the user), and the technologies and resources to be used in the design.
