Job Title - Senior Project Manager ServiceNow Delivery Location - Austin, TX (Hybrid, 3x a week onsite on T, W, Th) Must have the LinkedIn Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities: Oversee the successful delivery of the ServiceNow professional services engagement. Manage: Project scope and ensure adherence to the Scope of Work. Project schedule and budget. Contractor resources, including assignment and allocation. Act as Scrum Master, facilitating iterative Sprints for the configuration of the ServiceNow platform. Conduct weekly and ad hoc meetings with the Client to discuss: Project status, schedule, accomplishments. Budget and risk management. Upcoming work. Provide a weekly written project status report. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience). PMP Certification (mandatory, no substitutions). 7+ years of experience in project management, including: Managing project scope, schedule, and budget. Leading technical teams on enterprise projects. Risk management and mitigation. Helping customers adopt new IT systems. Desirable Qualifications: Masters or doctorate degree. 9+ years of project management experience, including 4+ years as a senior PM on large IT projects.
