Business  Analyst - DHHS  Lincoln Nebraska -Remote Long Term Contract  The Department of Health and Human Services ( DHHS) seeks an experienced  Business  Analyst to support  business case development, procurement, process improvement, requirements analysis, testing, and implementation of new software solutions. The role involves gathering and documenting  business, functional, and technical requirements, facilitating stakeholder meetings, performing gap analysis, and supporting UAT and procurement activities. Key Skills:  Business process design, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, Jira, OpenText ALM, user acceptance testing (UAT), procurement (RFP, SOW), stakeholder engagement, and Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, SharePoint, Project).
