You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to gather requirements, define objectives, and oversee the implementation of (Discovery)/CMDB (Asset & Config) and CSDM processes that align with our organizational goals and industry best practices. Qualifications: No non-negotiable certifications, but deployment qualifications for ITOM (Horizontal Discovery), CMDB (Asset & Config) and CSDM in a service based architecture are preferred. Educational background in computer science is desirable but not mandatory. 5-10 years of experience in building and deploying complex software applications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered. 7+ years of experience in IT Service Management, with a strong focus on ServiceNow platform implementation and development/Administration. Experience working in a client-facing role, ideally in collaboration with a third-party implementation partner. Proven experience in designing and implementing ITOM (Discovery)/CMDB (Asset and Config) and the CSDM processes, workflows, and automation on the ServiceNow platform. Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and experience applying them in an enterprise environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ServiceNow Certified Developer, System Administrator (CSA), ITIL Certification, Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are highly preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Required Proficiency: ITOM Discovery. Horizontal discovery and configuration management database (CMDB).
