The ideal candidate will drive design, development, and implementation of business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services, leading a team of developers and establishing governance frameworks. Key Responsibilities Center of Excellence Leadership Design and develop comprehensive solutions using: Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) Power Automate Power Pages Architect robust data models and implement complex business logic Create and optimize workflows and business processes Develop custom connectors and integrate with external systems via APIs Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements Ensure solutions meet best practices for: Security Performance Scalability Participate in code reviews Contribute to continuous improvement efforts Document technical specifications and maintain solution documentation Required Qualifications Technical Expertise 5+ years of Microsoft Power Platform development experience Advanced expertise in: Power Apps development (Canvas and Model-driven) Power Automate for complex workflow automation Experience with: Power Pages site development Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service) SharePoint and SharePoint Online integration JavaScript for platform capability extension API integration and custom connector development Knowledge of: SQL and database design principles Azure services complementary to Power Platform DevOps & ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) practices Soft Skills Strategic thinking and organizational planning Change management and digital transformation expertise Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders Team mentoring and development capabilities Strong project management and organizational skills Business acumen and enterprise needs understanding Collaborative solution development approach Adaptability and technology learning agility Additional Preferred Qualifications SAP integration experience with Power Platform Microsoft Power Platform Developer certifications Experience with: Power BI for data visualization and analytics SharePoint Power Platform integration AI Builder and/or Power Virtual Agents Familiarity with: Dynamics 365 applications Agile development methodologies Background in business process analysis and optimization Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Deep technical expertise across Power Platform Strong problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication skills Hands-on development proficiency Ability to architect scalable solutions Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams Skill in transforming business requirements into efficient digital solutions Compliance Must be authorized to work in the United States Must meet all specified technical and soft skill requirements Please send resume at [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] Keywords: artificial intelligence business intelligence Illinois Lead Power Platform Developer [email protected] |
