This role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to mentor junior developers, and experience applying software engineering principles to Power Platform solutions. Responsibilities: Develop and customize applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Fx, Power Query, Dataflows, and Power BI. Design applications using established software engineering best practices. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Provide training and technical support to other developers as needed. Estimate work effort and provide realistic timelines. Communicate design ideas clearly and explain root causes of production issues. Document deployment steps for DevOps teams and monitor deployments to higher environments. Identify, design, and implement process improvements to enhance workflows and productivity. Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions and processes. Required Qualifications: 12+ years of experience developing solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataflows, Power BI) following software engineering principles. 8+ years of experience customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications/Power Platform solutions using JavaScript, plug-ins, and custom PCF controls. 8+ years of development experience with: o JavaScript/JavaScript Frameworks o JSON o RESTful services o C#.Net o Data integration 8+ years of experience implementing security and governance in Power Platform solutions. 8+ years of experience with code branching, merging, and version control using Git. 8+ years of experience providing accurate work estimates and timelines. 8+ years of experience communicating design ideas effectively (both verbal and written). Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience developing Power BI reports. Experience with Dynamics 365 for Customer Service.
