Responsibilities: Framework Development: Build and optimize test automation frameworks using Karate, Java, and other automation tools. Tool Development: Design and develop new testing tools and solutions for software quality assurance. Proof of Concept: Evaluate and create PoCs for emerging testing tools and technologies. Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction and mentorship for test automation initiatives. Resource Management: Lead and coordinate onshore and offshore teams to ensure project success. Test Automation Strategy & Implementation: Define and execute test automation strategies, integrating with CI/CD pipelines.
