The candidate must have the experience listed below to be considered. ArcGIS Enterprise and Portal management experience with 5 years is a MUST! 1. Experience in web-based application (ex. ESRI WebApps) development with ArcGIS Enterprise (minimum 8 years). 2. Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise a must (minimum 5 years). 3. Experience with ArcGIS Portal management a must (minimum 5 years). 4. Experience with ArcGIS Online (minimum 8 years). 5. Experience with SQL Server & Geodatabase management. 6. Experience with ArcGIS for Desktop and Extensions (minimum 5 years). 7. Experience with ArcGIS Pro and Extensions (minimum 5 years). 8. Experience with developing and maintaining documentation, including metadata. 9. Experience with Mongo, Express, React, or Node JS (MERN), .Net Core, Entity Framework, SQL Server, or Angular. 10.
