Job Title: Sr. DataBricks Engineer Location: Charlotte NC- Hybrid Visa: USC/GC Key Responsibilities: Analyze and forecast sales trends for event-based product pushes (e.g., Christmas, Easter, Mothers Day) to maximize sell-through rates. Develop data-driven insights to enhance inventory distribution without requiring individual store orders. Collaborate with Corporate teams to ensure effective product placement strategies across all locations. Monitor sales performance, identifying patterns and opportunities for improved product sellthrough and demand planning. Utilize sales percentage data and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine forecasting models. Qualifications: Strong background in data analysis, forecasting, and inventory planning. Experience with retail analytics, supply chain management, or merchandising preferred. Proficiency in data visualization and forecasting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI). Ability to collaborate with corporate stakeholders and translate data insights into actionable strategies. This position is ideal for professionals who thrive in data-driven environments and enjoy optimizing retail product distribution for major seasonal events.
