Program Manager will be responsible for planning out a cloud migration roadmap. Will be responsible for overseeing a collection of technical debt projects and efforts that make up a program for modernization including desktop upgrades, network upgrade, ACD and PBX upgrade, Net platform upgrade, vulnerability remediation, cloud migration and SCC technical upgrades. This position will manage overall schedule, rollup of resources, risks and ensure projects are comprehensive achieving their goals. Reports directly to the CIO. Requirements: Exp managing large scale upgrade or modernization projects including infrastructure and applications. Experience in the entire project management lifecycle, from Initiation to Close-Out. Experience working in a structured Project Management Office. Scope Management. Risk and Issue Management. Stakeholder Management. Schedule Management (including precedents and dependencies). Status Reporting. Budget Management. Active PMP certification.
