Role: Business Analyst, Marketing Technology (Adobe Experience Cloud) Location: Plainsboro Township, NJ Type: Hybrid (3 days a week in office required) Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our Marketing team. This role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between marketing strategy and technology implementation, specifically focusing on leveraging the Adobe Experience Cloud, particularly Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Adobe Target. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of marketing principles, data analysis, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications. You will play a crucial role in optimizing customer experiences, driving marketing effectiveness, and ensuring data-driven decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a marketing or digital environment. Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices. Experience working with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Adobe Target. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to 1 work independently and as part of a team. 2 Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Experience with SQL is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Adobe Certified Expert certifications. Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign). Experience with Agile methodologies.
