The portfolio includes a global hosted pbx and SIP Trunking service. This product manager will support in re-designing the offering so it can scale to support a larger sales force without straining the resources that support the installs and customer support. There is a significant customer demand for this offering so we need a product manager able to hit the ground running and support this business transformation. Skills/Qualifications: The best candidates for this role would have experience on a team that led product releases from concept to market launch. It is also preferred that this resource have experience with product management for enterprise customers, which may request customizations or desire white glove service. The product manager will have support of an experienced product lead. There will also be a small team with a program manager for each effort, a sales ops analyst to create sales processes, and an operations business analyst for operational processes. The extended team will include software engineers, product engineers, network engineers, security, compliance, legal, marketing, training, pricing and promotions, and sales enablement resources.
