Reviews and evaluates program plans and guidelines for compliance with program management guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve overall program management quality and results for the organization. Ensures all project work is documented and maintained clearly and accurately, including but not limited to schedule, scope, dependencies, risks, issues, management of change and required sign-offs and/or authorizations. Supports the development and maintenance of overall program roadmap, budgets, resource allocation plans, and scope requirements for the transformation. Manages activities of external partners, ensuring alignment across partners and internal workstreams. Oversee the programs scope change management process, including alignment across multiple functional stakeholders. Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders; implement program governance aimed at driving effective communications and issue resolution. Integrate with peers to adopt program management standards and/or best practices. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent. Experience in leading enterprise transformations and SAP S/4HANA implementations strongly desired. Typically 10+ years experience. PMP/PMI certification desired. Knowledge and Skills: Experience designing and developing project and program planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Demonstrated business acumen, understanding of organizational strategy, and successful experience managing all aspects of cross-business unit programs, including communicating with internal and external stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
