Job Title : Designing MS Entra implementation Location : San Diego, CA Role Description: We are seeking an experienced MS Entra Implementation Specialist to design, deploy, and optimize Microsoft Entra solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in identity and access management (IAM) and be proficient in integrating MS Entra with enterprise IT environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of Microsoft Entra, including configuration, deployment, and optimization. Design and implement identity and access management (IAM) strategies leveraging MS Entra ID. Ensure seamless integration of Entra ID with cloud and on-premises applications. Develop and enforce security policies, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), conditional access, and identity protection. Configure and manage role-based access control (RBAC) and privileged identity management (PIM). Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues across various platforms. Collaborate with IT and security teams to enhance identity governance. Provide technical documentation, training, and support for IT teams and end-users. Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Entra features and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in identity and access management (IAM), preferably with Microsoft Entra. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, and related security services. Proficiency in configuring authentication methods, SSO, and identity federation. Experience with Power scripting for automation and configuration. Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS benchmarks. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
