We are starting the enagagement with needing resources skilled in the follow modules/platforms. 1. CMDB/Discovery 2. Ldap/Access Setups/AD etc 3. Demand/Agile 4. Service Catalog / Portal 5. Event Management 6. ITSM Requirement: Implement and configure ServiceNow Event Management solutions to meet business requirements. Monitor and manage event data from various sources to ensure timely and accurate incident detection and resolution. Develop and maintain event management policies, procedures, and documentation. Collaborate with IT operations and other stakeholders to integrate event management with other ITSM processes. Analyze event data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues, providing recommendations for improvement. Ensure the reliability and performance of the ServiceNow Event Management module. Provide training and support tend-users and other team members on event management processes and tools.
