From: Manish Kumar, Scalable [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: SAP Technical Integration & IBP Location: Wayne, NJ (Onsite) Job Type: Contract Role Description: Key Responsibilities: SAP Technical Integration & Support: Provide ongoing technical integration and support for SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions. Ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules and third-party applications. Middleware & System Integration: Design and implement middleware solutions to integrate different systems, including web services such as SOAP and RESTful. Provide technical troubleshooting and support. Application Maintenance & Development: Maintain and enhance SAP applications by working on updates, bug fixes, and rollouts of new features. Ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality code standards. Full Lifecycle Implementation: Work on full lifecycle implementations of SAP projects, from initial planning to deployment and post-deployment support. Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation related to integrations, support procedures, and system configurations. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions. Support Troubleshooting: Provide support for troubleshooting issues in SAP systems, ensuring minimum downtime and fast resolution. Knowledge Sharing: Mentor and guide junior team members, and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. Essential Skills: Technical Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in application maintenance, development, and roll-out projects. SDLC Understanding: Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with experience in Waterfall or Agile methodologies. Middleware & System Integration: Proficient in middleware and system integration technologies, with experience working with web services (SOAP, RESTful) and application servers (Apache, Tomcat). ABAP: Experience with ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming) for customization and development in SAP. Web Technologies: Good knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and familiarity with web application servers like Apache and Tomcat. Exposure to Front-End Technologies: Exposure to Angular, ReactJS, or NodeJS is beneficial. ERP & SAP Retail: Experience with ERP applications and familiarity with SAP Retail is desirable. Desirable Skills: Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-cultural teams and external stakeholders. Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Educational Background: A graduate in Computer Science or Management Information Systems (MIS). English Proficiency: Proficient in English (both written and spoken) is essential for this role.
