Ideal candidate will work with clients to understand the issues they face, diagnose problems, design solutions and facilitate solution deployment on Cloud Platform. One will also have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions for clients by connecting various functions of cloud components. Ideally the candidate uses understanding of the problem to arrive at multiple solution alternatives keeping in mind the various stakeholders and assess the pros and cons of all the alternatives to arrive at the optimal solution. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. All applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply. Candidate must live within commuting distance of Richmond, VA Or Pennington, NJ or Charlotte, NC or Plano, Tx or be willing to relocate. At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology At least 4 years of experience in developing programs/APIs using Python/Pyspark At least 4 years of experience in Data Science , ML, NLP, Deep Learning, Transform Models, At least 4 years of experience in Core Python programming, Multi-Threading, Multi processing, Handling Large Volume of Data, Error Handling, Load Balancing techniques. At least 4 years of experience in Cloud platforms - P and their AI services. At least 4 years of experience in Machine Learning Model development life cycle, software engineering principles, data engineering principles At least 1 years of experience in working with GEN AI, LLMs, Open AI, Hugging Face, GitHub Copilot, Vector DB, RAG Models Preferred Qualifications: Experience in ML Ops, Model Monitoring, Performance optimization. Experience in Load Balancing, GPU based processing, Performance Optimization Experience in developing of API on P/API Gateways Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools in AI-ML contexts. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to address complex technical challenges. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
