Data Engineer with Data Quality expertise(1 CWR SO) Along with what expected for data engineers(mentioned above), Data Profiling, Data Modeling knowledge, DQ tools Excel Data, IDMC, Glue etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Python, Hadoop, and Spark. This hybrid role requires excellent project management skills and the ability to drive successful outcomes. Responsibilities: - Data Engineer with Data Quality expertise(1 CWR SO) Along with what expected for data engineers (mentioned above), Data Profiling, Data Modeling knowledge, DQ tools Excel Data, IDMC, Glue etc. - Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. - Oversee the development and execution of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members, leveraging expertise in Python, Hadoop, and Spark. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery. - Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks. - Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management. - Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle. - Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging team members to contribute ideas and solutions. - Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned to improve future project performance. - Manage project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and reports. - Facilitate regular project meetings and reviews to ensure alignment and progress. - Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies. - Drive the successful delivery of projects that contribute to the companys strategic objectives and societal impact.
