Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FI-TR Functional Consultant to lead the design, testing, and implementation of SAP Accounts Payable (AP) Payment processes using ISO standards across 25+ countries in LATAM & APAC regions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Treasury payment configuration, ISO2022 XML & EDI payment file formats, SWIFT bank connectivity, and Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) processing.
Candidate Needs to Have:

6+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP FI-TR Functional Consultant with a strong focus on Treasury payment processing.

Expertise in ISO2022 XML & EDI payment file formats and SWIFT bank connectivity.

Hands-on experience with SAP Treasury payment configuration including House Banks, Payment Methods, Bank Master Data, Vendor Master, Payment Mediums, and Cash Reconciliation.

Strong knowledge of Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) formats, including BAI & MT940.

Demonstrated experience in SAP Treasury system integration and business process optimization.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, demonstrating strong time management skills.

Hands-on experience in at least two full lifecycle SAP Treasury implementations.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as an SAP FI-TR functional expert, formulating, testing, and implementing end-to-end SAP AP Payment processes using ISO standards.
Configure and test SAP Treasury payment processes, including House Banks, Payment Methods, Bank Master Data, Vendor Master, Payment Mediums, Electronic Bank Statements, and Cash Reconciliation.
Work extensively with ISO2022 XML & EDI payment file formats to ensure seamless global payment processing.
Implement and maintain SWIFT bank connectivity and protocols.
Evaluate existing and proposed solutions, identifying and implementing process improvements for better business outcomes.
Lead interactive requirement-gathering sessions, designing functional specifications and ensuring system integration across SAP and other Treasury technologies/systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology teams to gather requirements and provide SAP Treasury solutions aligned with corporate strategy.
Work with various Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) formats, including BAI & MT940.
Translate complex technical concepts into simple business language to facilitate effective communication.
Manage full system lifecycle implementations, including at least two full end-to-end SAP Treasury implementations, from Invoice Processing to Back-End Cash Reconciliation.
Work efficiently both independently and within a team, demonstrating professionalism under pressure.
Utilize strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills to drive successful outcomes.
Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining a proactive and self-motivated approach.
Apply Agile project methodologies where applicable.
Develop technical documentation, training materials, and system documentation for end-users.

Job Objective: 
The 
SAP Order Management (
OTC) Solution Architect is responsible for designing and implementing Order-to-Cash (
OTC) solutions within the 
SAP ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of the 
SAP 
SD (Sales and Distribution) module, integration with other 
SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI/CO), and alignment with business processes. The Solution Architect will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure the successful delivery of 
OTC solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Position: 
Using brief, bulleted, narrative statements, describe the main tasks and responsibilities that an employee in this position would be expected to manage.
Lead the design and implementation of 
SAP Order-to-Cash (
OTC) solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for 
OTC processes.
Provide expertise in 
SAP 
SD module, including configuration, customization, and integration with other 
SAP modules.
Develop functional and technical specifications for 
OTC solutions, including order processing, pricing, billing, and credit management.
Oversee the implementation of custom enhancements, interfaces, and reports related to 
OTC processes.
Conduct system testing, validation, and user training to ensure successful deployment of 
OTC solutions.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for 
OTC processes, ensuring system stability and performance.
Stay updated with the latest 
SAP technologies and best practices related to 
OTC processes.
Mentor junior consultants and developers, sharing knowledge and best practices in 
SAP Order Management.
Required Experience and Education: 
Describe the education, years of experience, and any certifications necessary to complete the duties and responsibilities of this position.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
7-10 years of experience in 
SAP 
SD module implementation and support, with a strong focus on Order-to-Cash processes.
Proven experience in designing and implementing complex 
SAP 
OTC solutions in a global environment.
Proficient in 
SAP 
SD configuration, pricing, billing, and credit management.
Experience with 
SAP S/4HANA and integration with other 
SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI/CO).
Strong understanding of business processes related to sales, order processing, and customer service.
Competencies: Describe the specific knowledge, skills, and abilities required for this position in terms of technical, managerial, interpersonal skills and unique abilities.
In-depth knowledge of 
SAP 
SD module and 
OTC processes.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex business and technical issues.
