Spark, Python, ETL , Scheduler (Autosys, any scheduler works), Hadoop, Kafka (preferred and nice to have), Performance Tunning, Partitioning knowledge, target environment GCP (nice to have knowledge). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Hadoop, GCP, Python, and Spark. This role involves managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborating with cross. Required Skills: Python, Spark, GCP, Hadoop Responsibilities: Spark, Python, ETL, Scheduler (Autosys, any scheduler works), Hadoop, Kafka (preferred and nice to have), Performance Tunning, Partitioning knowledge, target environment GCP (nice to have knowledge) Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery, ensuring all project milestones are met on time. Oversee the development and implementation of technical solutions using Hadoop, GCP, Python, and Spark. Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams to achieve business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of various project components. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as needed. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate effective communication and coordination among stakeholders, including Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and team performance. Ensure the quality and accuracy of project deliverables, adhering to established standards and guidelines. Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track project metrics and outcomes. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development. Qualifications: Possess a strong technical background in Hadoop, GCP, Python, and Spark. Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Have experience working in a hybrid work model, with the ability to manage remote and on-site teams effectively.
