Job: Senior Oracle EBS Fusion Functional Analyst Location : NYC, NY (onsite Hybrid - 2-3 days office) Duration: Long Term Contract Need 10+ Years of Experience & Passport Number is must for Submission. Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS Fusion Functional Analyst to support the implementation and maintenance of our Oracle EBS Fusion solutions. The successful candidate will have experience with Oracle EBS, Fusion Middleware, and Oracle Cloud, as well as strong analytical and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Functional Analysis 1. Business Requirements Gathering: Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications. 2. Functional Design: Design functional solutions to meet business requirements. 3. Gap Analysis: Perform gap analysis to identify differences between business requirements and Oracle EBS Fusion functionality. 4. Solution Development: Develop solutions to address gaps in Oracle EBS Fusion functionality. Oracle EBS Fusion Implementation 1. Implementation and Configuration: Implement and configure Oracle EBS Fusion modules, including Financials, Procurement, and Human Capital Management. 2. Data Conversion and Integration: Convert and integrate data from legacy systems into Oracle EBS Fusion. 3. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure Oracle EBS Fusion solutions meet business requirements. 4. Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and documentation to support end-user adoption. Fusion Middleware and Oracle Cloud 1. Fusion Middleware Integration: Integrate Oracle EBS Fusion solutions with Fusion Middleware components, including Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle WebCenter. 2. Oracle Cloud Integration: Integrate Oracle EBS Fusion solutions with Oracle Cloud services, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Cloud Applications. 3. Cloud-Based Solution Design: Design and implement cloud-based solutions using Oracle Cloud services. Requirements Essential Skills 1. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. 2. 3+ Years of Experience: 3+ years of experience with Oracle EBS, Fusion Middleware, and Oracle Cloud. 3. Oracle Certification: Oracle certification in EBS, Fusion Middleware, or Oracle Cloud. 4. Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets. 5. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Desirable Skills 1. Master's Degree: Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. 2. Experience with Cloud-Based Solutions: Experience with cloud-based solutions, including Oracle Cloud, AWS, and Azure. 3. Experience with Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. 4.
