This role will involve working closely with both onsite and offshore teams, coordinating efforts to ensure seamless project delivery. The ideal candidate should be an expert in Power BI, possess knowledge of Snowflake, and have the ability to create effective data models and visual representations. Key Responsibilities : Lead the Power BI development and visualization efforts, delivering high-quality reports and dashboards. Manage onsite-offshore coordination effectively, ensuring smooth communication and alignment between teams. Design and develop scalable data models and implement best practices in data modeling. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create intuitive and impactful wireframes for data visualization. Work extensively with Snowflake to integrate data and build efficient pipelines for Power BI reports. Lead the team in developing complex visualizations to support business needs and data insights. Ensure that deliverables meet both technical and business requirements within timelines. Provide thought leadership on best practices, emerging trends, and tools within the data visualization and business intelligence space. Ensure a strong cultural fit by promoting teamwork, communication, and collaboration across diverse teams. Mentor and guide junior team members, acting as the go-to person for all things related to Power BI, data modeling, and visualization. Healthcare experience is a must have here.
