Design and develop front-end applications using React/Angular. Perform new development, maintenance, and enhancements to meet business requirements. Draft and review architectural diagrams, specifications, and business requirements. Work with the existing technology stack (Java, C++, Linux, Unix, Open Source Platforms, SOA) and explore new technologies for next-generation solutions. Document technical requirements, system designs, issue resolutions, project tasks, effort estimates, and unit/integration tests. Gain a deep understanding of financial products, services, processes, and organizational structures to propose optimal solutions. Stay updated on industry trends, compliance standards, risk control processes, and regulatory changes. Mentor and guide junior developers to foster team growth and best practices.Requirements: 3-5+ years of experience in JavaScript, with expertise in React and/or Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS. Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile web best practices. Proficiency in version control tools (Git, Bitbucket). Practical experience with low-latency messaging middleware. Hands-on experience in Agile development methodologies (Scrum, TDD, CI/CD, DevOps). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Willingness to explore backend, DevOps, and cross-functional areas when needed. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Financial Markets, Banking, or Wealth Management. Familiarity with non-development fields such as Product Management, UX, Business Analytics, and Information Mapping. Experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and UI development.
