The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model and be responsible for analyzing business requirements, performing data testing, and ensuring data integrity. Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret complex business requirements to develop detailed test plans and test cases. - Perform manual data testing to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies. - Document and report testing results, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. - Develop and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts. - Ensure compliance with data quality standards and best practices. - Provide support for data validation and verification processes. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data testing efficiency. - Conduct root cause analysis of data issues and recommend corrective actions. - Participate in project meetings to provide updates on testing progress and issues. - Assist in the development and execution of data migration and integration testing. - Ensure timely and accurate completion of all testing activities. - Maintain a thorough understanding of business processes and data flows. Qualifications: Possess a strong background in manual data testing with at least 6 years of experience. - Demonstrate proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and developing test plans. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Have experience in documenting and reporting testing results. - Show ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Display strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Be familiar with data quality standards and best practices. - Have experience in data validation and verification processes. - Show capability to identify and implement process improvements. - Demonstrate ability to conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions. - Have experience in data migration and integration testing. - Be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Possess a thorough understanding of business processes and data flows.
