Experience with scripting and automation tools to enhance IAM processes using REST API, Webhook, JSON Web Token. Strong understanding of IAM concepts, security protocols, and industry standards. Project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives from inception to completion. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Essential Skills: Administer and optimize identity and access management solutions, with a primary focus on IAM platforms. Configure and manage user identities, roles, and access permissions across various IAM platforms with Role-based Access Control (RBAC) principles. Develop and implement IAM policies and procedures to enhance security and maintain compliance. Design and develop automation processes handling identities across variety of applications and tools. Lead IAM projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement identity solutions and integrations. Monitor and analyse IAM systems for potential security risks and perform regular audits. Provide guidance and support to end-users on IAM tools and best practices. Collaborate with security teams to ensure alignment with security framework and strategies.
