Job Title: IBM Z Workload Scheduler (IZWS) Administrator Location: Woodland Hills, CA (Culver City) Duration: 9 Months (Starting March 26, 2025) Experience: 8-10 Years Job Type: Contract Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled IBM Z Workload Scheduler (IZWS) Administrator to join our team in Woodland Hills, CA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IBM Z Workload Scheduler (IZWS) administration, z/OS environments, and third-party SAP adapter integration. This role requires expertise in workload automation, scheduling, and performance optimization in enterprise IT environments. Key Responsibilities: Administer and manage IBM Z Workload Scheduler (IZWS) in z/OS environments Configure, schedule, and optimize workload automation processes Integrate and support third-party adapters for SAP Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve scheduling and job execution issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and minimize downtime Implement best practices for workload automation and system performance optimization Conduct system audits, log analysis, and reporting to maintain efficiency and compliance Provide technical guidance and support for workload scheduling solutions Document processes, procedures, and system configurations for knowledge sharing Required Skills & Qualifications: 8-10 years of experience in IBM Z Workload Scheduler (IZWS) administration Strong knowledge of z/OS environments and IBM Z technologies Hands-on experience with Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) Expertise in third-party SAP adapter integration with workload automation tools Ability to troubleshoot and resolve job scheduling and execution issues Experience in enterprise IT environments with high availability and performance tuning Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., JCL, REXX, Scripting) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Skills (Desirable): Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments Knowledge of other workload automation tools (e.g., Control-M, Autosys) ITIL certification or experience in IT service management Work Environment: Hybrid/On-site role at TCS - Woodland Hills, CA Collaborative team environment with opportunities for professional growth Best Regards Aditya Kumar || Talent Acquisition -- Keywords: zos information technology California Job oppurtinity for IBM Z Workload Scheduler at Woodland Hills, CA [email protected] |
