Questions (must answer YES): Have you managed an offshore team before Role Description: Experienced Tech Lead with expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes. The ideal candidate will lead our technical team, oversee the design and implementation of MDM solutions, and ensure the efficient handling of data through ETL processes. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. MDM Implementation: Lead the design, development, and deployment of MDM solutions to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance. ETL Processes: Oversee the development and maintenance of ETL processes using ALTERYX to ensure efficient data integration and transformation. Strong Skills in KAFKA Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, data stewards, and other technical teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and operational procedures.
