Senior Business Analyst USC only Hybrid at TX Must have Recent financial/banking Only USC GC Key Responsibilities: Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to support business decision-making. Collaborate with finance and business teams to gather and document requirements for financial reporting and process improvements. Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports for forecasting and budgeting. Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Support the automation of financial processes and reporting tools. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders through reports and presentations. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in a finance or business analyst role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis. Experience with financial systems, ERP software, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Power BI, Tableau). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A). Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools. Understanding of business process improvement methodologies.
