Experience : 10+ Employment Type: Contract - C2C #Job_Description: Role Description: We are seeking an experienced ETQ Developer to join our team at TCS in Pittsburgh, PA. As an ETQ Developer, you will be responsible for developing and customizing ETQ software solutions, supporting Data Quality Management (DQM) processes, and ensuring the integration of ETQ systems with other enterprise platforms. You will play a key role in improving business processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing workflows across quality management systems (QMS). Key Responsibilities: ETQ Development: Customize, configure, and develop ETQ-based applications to meet business requirements and improve quality management processes. Data Quality Management (DQM): Ensure that quality-related data within the ETQ platform is accurate, well-managed, and compliant with standards. System Integration: Integrate ETQ software with external enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and manufacturing systems to ensure seamless data flow and enhance operational efficiency. Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify and resolve technical issues within ETQ applications, and optimize system performance. Workflow & Reporting: Develop, configure, and maintain ETQ workflows, forms, dashboards, and reporting tools to meet business and compliance needs. Compliance & Quality Standards: Work with the quality and compliance teams to ensure that the ETQ solutions adhere to regulatory standards and best practices in quality management. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including application support, business analysts, and stakeholders, to identify needs and deliver high-quality solutions. Competencies: Data Quality Management (DQM) ETQ Reliance Development Experience in developing and configuring ETQ Reliance for quality management. Quality Management System (QMS) Expertise Understanding of quality management processes, compliance, and regulations. Integration Experience Experience integrating ETQ with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.). Database & Scripting Skills SQL, JavaScript, or Python for handling data and creating custom solutions. Problem-Solving Skills Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETQ configurations. Essential Skills: ETQ Reliance Development Customizing ETQ solutions and implementing workflows, reports, and data management. Data Quality Management (DQM) Expertise in ensuring data integrity and quality. Quality Compliance Knowledge of industry standards for quality management and regulatory compliance. Integration & Customization Experience integrating ETQ with external systems and customizing it to meet business requirements. Technical Expertise Strong proficiency in scripting and working with databases (SQL, JavaScript, etc.). Desirable Skills: Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance related to quality management in industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals. Agile Methodologies Familiarity with Agile frameworks for project delivery. Advanced Problem-Solving Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
